AMD Instinct MI300X

The AMD Instinct MI300X is AMD's proven data center GPU built on CDNA 3 architecture, launched in 2024. Featuring 192GB of HBM3 memory with 5.3TB/s bandwidth, it established AMD as a serious competitor to NVIDIA in the enterprise AI market. With 304 compute units delivering 1,307.4 TFLOPS of FP16 performance and innovative chiplet design, the MI300X excels at large language model workloads. While succeeded by the MI325X (with HBM3E) and MI350 series (CDNA 4), the MI300X remains a cost-effective option for AI deployments.
